How to Raise a Concern
Call 01202 161258 or email contact@kitchenrefurbishmentbournemouth.co.uk. Please give your name, the address of the property, what's wrong and what you'd like us to do. Photos help us understand the problem quickly.
What We'll Do
- Acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- Look into it properly, which may mean visiting your home.
- Send you a full written response within 14 days, or explain why we need longer.
If We Still Can't Agree
If we can't resolve things between us, Citizens Advice can explain your consumer rights, and Trading Standards can look into concerns about a business. If a trade association or guarantee scheme applies to your work, we'll give you its details so you can use its dispute process.
